Types of Spray Foam Removal We Can Help With in Portchester

Vac-Xtract is fully equipped to remove all commonly used types of spray foam insulation in homes across Portchester. These include:

• Open-cell spray foam – Soft and often found in lofts. Though breathable, this insulation can cause moisture and airflow issues. We remove it cleanly and efficiently.
• Closed-cell spray foam – Rigid and dense, typically installed in underfloors and walls. This foam requires specialist tools and techniques for safe removal.
• Poorly applied or deteriorating insulation – If your foam is breaking down or was installed incorrectly, we can remove it safely and prepare the area for replacement.
• Spray foam impacting mortgage applications – Many mortgage lenders now refuse to approve loans on properties with spray foam. We help Portchester homeowners by removing insulation quickly and providing the supporting documentation you need.
